This morning 5 brave souls sacrificed a warm bed and Saturday Early Morning Cartoons to be the first RUNNING LIKE JACKRABBITS members! We warmed up, did some stretching, and timed ourselves running a mile, then learned some good core exercises and free ran a couple more laps around the track. Good start.
